The module for grid connections covers the entire grid connection process including the application, planning, construction, documentation as well as establishing the operational functionality of the connection. In order to digitize the process, a large number of external parties such as customers, technicians and service providers have to be integrated into the process. This also includes internal employees. Lovion completely covers this process from start to finish using well-designed products for each critical component. All information flows into a central database, ensuring that the entire process is transparent and can be monitored at all times.
The module Lovion CONSUMER offers a centralized management tool for grid connections. All information is stored here. Progress can be monitored and documented at all times using the status model. This ensures transparency in the entire process. Furthermore, external participants are directly integrated into the process using the web-based Lovion PORTAL technology. This enables communication with customers whereas the Lovion INSTALLER PORTAL is used to manage technicians.
The Lovion CONSUMER PORTAL allows digital applications to be processed through a web portal. It offers an interface for customer and thus, can also be described as a customer portal. This product includes a variety of standard applications that are common in grid connections. However, these can be adapted to suit a customer’s requirements. In addition, other types of applications can be specified and used in the solution.
Lovion COSTING is a tansversal module for calculating costs and creating quotations/offers in the Lovion system. For an efficient process, Lovion COSTING can be integrated into other Lovion process modules, but is mainly used for grid connections and construction processes. Furthermore, Lovion COSTING is based on a standard service directory that is regularly imported from the ERP system.
In addition to classic processes such as new grid connections, connection modifications, decommissions or temporary connections, Lovion also covers the area of power supply feeds into the electricity grid as well as charging stations. For this purpose, the Lovion SUPPLY PORTAL can also be used to manage all relevant information regarding these assets. Furthermore, it is also possible to integrate a market data registry into the solution.
Lovion INSTALLER is used to store and manage a network operator’s directory of approved technicians. The approval process takes place entirely digitally. This includes the approval of specialist companies as well as individual specialists. Furthermore, the system offers functions for creating approval documents and also manages gas technicians. Communication between external parties is possible through the Lovion INSTALLER PORTAL.
To apply for approval as a specialist company, the browser-based solution Lovion INSTALLER PORTAL. is used. External participants can communicate using a guided web interface where they can go through a step by step approval process. All involved parties have access to the necessary information, ensuring that the process is transparent at all times.
Lovion PROJECT is used to manage the entire construction process for grid connections. This means that measure are planned and implemented in this module and can also be monitored. As a result, grid connection construction projects can also be integrated into the workflow of standardized construction projects to plan and execute larger infrastructure projects.
With the help of the Lovion SURVEY APP, surveys can be carried out in a few simple steps using only a smartphone’s or tablet’s video image. Once the survey project has been created, all grid components can be measured and are automatically photographed by clicking on the video image. For small area surveys, with distances of up to 20-30 meters, the accuracy of the smartphone is sufficient. For larger survey areas where no connection points are available, a GNSS antenna can be connected to the smartphone.
