This shift booklet can easily be integrated into processes and supports a key-based documenation of all plant occurrences with additional space for comments. Furthermore, instructions and messages can be created and confirmed by users. Textblock templates also support users during their documentation.
Maintenance management is carried out in the modules Lovion WORK and TASK via tasks that are linked to the relevant plant component. Z In connection with the shift documentation, they depict the entire plant history. The following procedures are managed through tasks:

Protocols and results are directly linked to the plant component and also appear in the documentation of the plant’s history. Planning material as part of the work preparation is possible using the module Lovion MATERIAL. By integrating the ERP system into Lovion, for example SAP, the material catalogue including current stocks can be retrieved. In this case, material is reserved for specific tasks. Larger measures, for example the decommissioning of plants can be planned in the module Lovion PROJECT. In this case, it is important to combine long-term measures, such as assessments with general maintenance work. Monitoring the budget for planned and unplanned measures is done in the module Lovion INVEST. By integrating Lovion INVEST with the ERP system, it is possible to compare planned costs with actual costs. Lovion INVEST directly depicts the ERP system’s cost and budget structure and also shows measures that run over numerous years using time slices. In addition, diagrams provide a good overview for an effective controlling and also visualise the outflow of funds graphically.
For operating an electricity grid, it is vital to provide a good overview of circuits. The module Lovion ANALYZER can evaluate switching conditions and depict circuits in colour based on documented plants and grids. If this module is supplemented with the module Lovion SWITCHBOARD, it is also possible to simulate, plan and execute switching measures.
