Grid asset data is often required for technical processes in Lovion. This data is generally managed in different geoinformation systems and includes graphic data as well as attribute data for various objects. The aim of integrating GIS data into Lovion is to make it available on mobile devices so that it can be used in the field whilst being offline. This GIS data usually serves as a secondary data source.
Lovion offers standard GIS interfaces for the following systems:
Data can be exchanged between Smallworld GIS and Lovion using the SMALLWORLD CONNECT interface. This module enables Smallworld GIS data to be directly imported into Lovion. Vice versa, it is also possible to export data from Lovion into Smallworld as it is a bidirectional interface. Geometries are exported in a LXT file format, whereas attribute and topological data is either exported as a Lovion Replica database or a relational database. The configuration is done in a dialogue window. It is also possible to run multiple exports parallel and to carry out a differential comparison to only import specific data. Furthermore, data can be exported for specific regions or the entire supply area.
The module Lovion SISNET CONNECT enables SISNET data to be imported into Lovion. The module imports geometry data in a DXF or SVG file format. Attribute data can be imported as database views from SISNET into Lovion. The configuration is done in a dialogue window. In addition, data updates can be caried out via batch jobs.
G!NIUS data can be imported into Lovion using the Lovion G!NIUS CONNECT interface. This module imports all geometry data as well as attribute data and the graphic visualisation from the G!NIUS environment. The configuration is done in a dialogue window. It is also possible to carry out data updates via batch jobs.
GISMobil data is imported into Lovion using the Lovion GISMobil CONNECT interface. This includes geometry data in a DXF, WMS or SVG file format. Attriubte data is displayed as GISMobil database views or imported as shapefiles. The configuration is done in a dialogue window and can also be updated using batch jobs.
The module Lovion CAIGOS CONNECT enables CAIGOS data to be imported into Lovion. Geometry data is imported either as a DXF or SVG file. Attribute data can be imported from the shapefile. Furthermore, the configuration is done in a dialogue window and can also be updated using batch jobs.
Data from ArcGIS can easily be imported into Lovion using the Lovion ARC CONNECT interface. This module imports geometry and attribute data as well as depicting the ArcGIS visualisation used by the customer. The configuration is done via a dialogue window and can also be updated using batch jobs.
The module Lovion LIDS CONNECT offers an easy-to-use interface for importing LIDS data into Lovion. Geometry data is imported in a DXF file format and attribute data and LIDS visualisations are also displayed. Furthermore, the configuration is done via a dialogue window and can also be updated using batch jobs.
