Lovion is a system that offers end-to-end software solutions for grid and plant operators. Technical core processes are implemented digitally using a modular system architecture. This enables incremental and flexible software deployments. A central task management solution is used for various processes and ensures that all activities are handled uniformly and transparently.
Transversal processes are secondary processes that play a role in several core processes. They are installed once in the Lovion system and then used in different core processes. Integrating the ERP system is fundamental for synchronizing technical and commercial processes. In addition, documents, contracts and procedures are depicted as transversal processes. Other examples are power grid calculations and video support via mobile phone for employees, service providers or customers on site.
Lovion offers standardized business solutions in the utility sector, waste management and telecommunications. There is also a ready-to-use standard solution for facility management and industrial as well as power plant management. Lovion’s metering and measurement processes are closely linked to meter management in ERP systems, such as SAP. Furthermore, mobile processes are supported.
In order to depict end-to-end processes, it is important to fully integrate Lovion into a customer’s IT landscape. Thus, Lovion offers a flexible and configurable integration platform that is compatible with various interfaces and established IT standards.
