Overview<\/h2>\n

Contracts for pipeline rights including protection zones can be created, <\/strong>managed, documented, queried and analysed in Lovion EASEMENT. This includes information regarding protection zones, i.e. protection strips. Furthermore, company-owned real estate is also documented. A big advantage of this solution is that protection zones, land parcels and contract areas are georeferenced in the map and also contain information about the land register, contract partner\/owner as well as the notary. <\/p>\n

Contract Management<\/h2>\n

All contract information concerning pipeline rights such as the contract type, contract partner, land register, cadastre, compensation payment and notary are managed and saved in Lovion EASEMENT. In addition, contracts are linked to land parcels and visually highlighted in the map as well as protection zones. These protection zones are created by selecting the pipeline in the map with the mouse and clicking on the button to create a buffer zone. The width of each buffer zone can be modified by inserting the correct width. <\/p>\n

Real Estate Management<\/h2>\n

Company-owned real estate is saved in a different section of Lovion EASEMENT. Information concerning the land register, land parcel as well as the owner are saved in this special real estate management section. Furthermore, areas for winter service and green areas can be saved in connection with garden maintenance work and winter services. Further information in connection with leases and rents can also be saved. In addition, company-owned properties are saved as georeferenced areas in the map and can also be linked to contracts. <\/p>\n
