Lovion was developed to manage business processes related to technical resources. Using the central work management solution, all processes can be managed digitally and transparently. Whilst optimizing technical processes, a close integration with the parallel running commercial operations is possible. Tasks can be linked to technical resources and other process objects. Thus, Lovion is able to manage all processes related to asset management, planning, construction, grid connections, grid operations, outage management, metering and is completely digital, transparent and effective.
The module Lovion WORK serves as the central task administration tool and thus depicts a pool of all current pending activities. In addition to manual tasks, for example for a construction project, automated tasks can also be created based on a maintenance plan defined for specific equipment. However, tasks can also be triggered from an external system, e.g. via an order or a message from the ERP system.
Tasks are planned in Lovion DISPATCH using an interactive GANTT diagram. In this module, in-house employees, external service providers and material resources as well as necessary prerequisites and material requirements are planned. Depending on the company’s organizational structure, approval and detailed planning can also be carried out at several levels in different departments, e.g. in a central work preparation department and the foreman’s area. In addition to planning, Lovion DISPATCH also offers work monitoring tools via diagrams, statistics and reports.
Due to the various activities involved in grid and plant operations, an optimal end device is required for each use case. Lovion offers maximum flexibility. The module Lovion TASK supports Windows PCs, laptops and tablets in the office as well as in the field. The Lovion APP offers an optimized user interface for iOS and Android devices and the Lovion TASK PORTAL enables users to process tasks via common web browsers without having to install Lovion.
In order to handle business processes completely digitally, Lovion itself is integrated into the company’s existing IT landscape. Using the Lovion CONNECT SUITE, Lovion has a configurable integration platform and offers ready-to-use interfaces for common ERP, DMS and GI systems, amongst others. A bidirectional data exchange via web services and via a variety of file formats is also supported.
