The Lovion system can be operated online as a Windows desktop client, but also offline on mobile devices. In addition, smartphones and tablets with iOS and Android operating systems are supported. The portal solution is compatible with established web browsers. The advantage of the system is that users have a uniform experience and handling on various devices and in different business processes.
Transversal processes are secondary processes that play a role in several core processes. They are installed once in the Lovion system and then used in different core processes. Integrating the ERP system is fundamental for synchronizing technical and commercial processes. In addition, documents, contracts and procedures are depicted as transversal processes. Other examples are power grid calculations and video support via mobile phone for employees, service providers or customers on site.
Lovion offers grid and plant operators end-to-end software solutions for digitising technical core processes. The modular system architecture enables a step-by-step and flexible software implementation. Work management acts as the main component and forms as a link between various processes. This ensures that all work and activities can be transparently managed and executed in one task pool.
The Lovion system offers standardised solutions for individual utility sectors. This includes the supply and disposal utility sector as well as telecommunications. Furthermore, a facility management and plant management solution are also available. Metering and measurement processes can be carried out in specialised metering and measurement modules that are closely related to meter management processes in ERP systems, such as SAP. In addition, Lovion supports mobile field work on mobile devices.
In order to fully depict end-to-end processes, the integration into the customer’s existing IT landscape is vital. Thus, the Lovion system offers a flexible and configurable integration platform which supports various interfaces and established IT standards.
