The Lovion platform offers utility companies functions to intergrate service providers into their business and technical processes. This means that certain features are available in the Lovion PORTAL which external service providers can access through a standard web browser. Furthermore, access to applications and data is limited to specific areas so that external service providers only see what they require to carry out their work. These portals can easily be integrated into the website of a utility company.
For carrying out certain technical processes, external service providers are used. Thus, utility companies can assign tasks to external service providers as well as to their own employees using the central component Lovion DISPATCH. In this module, tasks are dispatched to various resources. As a result, external service providers can access and execute tasks through a special service provider portal. All information is transferred back digitally to the dispatcher after the work is completed.
Certain work on construction sites can also be carried out in partnership with external service providers. Construction site managers can manage these responsibilities via the service provider portal and are able to assign work to specific crews. Furthermore, construction site managers are also able to monitor work progress and can view responses by the crews. Thus, an overview of all work progress is always available and transparent.
