Calculation and Offer

The module Lovion COSTING is a tansversal process and is used to calculate costs and create offers. The focus lies on the interaction between other core processes such as construction projects and grid connections. The implementation of Lovion COSTING is based on a standard service directory of a utility company. This service directory is updated in regular intervals by connecting the utility company’s ERP system with Lovion COSTING.

Supply Directory

In addition to classic processes such as new grid connections, connection modifications, decommissions or temporary connections, Lovion also covers the area of power supply feeds into the electricity grid as well as charging stations. For this purpose, the Lovion SUPPLY PORTAL can also be used to manage all relevant information regarding these assets. Furthermore, it is also possible to integrate a market data registry into the solution.

Technician Directory

Lovion INSTALLER is used to store and manage a network operator’s directory of approved technicians. The approval process takes place entirely digitally. This includes the approval of specialist companies as well as individual specialists. Furthermore, the system offers functions for creating approval documents and also manages gas technicians. Communication between external parties is possible through the Lovion INSTALLER PORTAL.

To apply for approval as a specialist company, the browser-based solution Lovion INSTALLER PORTAL. is used. External participants can communicate using a guided web interface where they can go through a step by step approval process. All involved parties have access to the necessary information, ensuring that the process is transparent at all times.

Construction Process

Lovion PROJECT is used to manage the entire construction process for grid connections. This means that measure are planned and implemented in this module and can also be monitored. As a result, grid connection construction projects can also be integrated into the workflow of standardized construction projects to plan and execute larger infrastructure projects.

Surveying Grid Connections

With the help of the Lovion SURVEY APP, surveys can be carried out in a few simple steps using only a smartphone’s or tablet’s video image. Once the survey project has been created, all grid components can be measured and are automatically photographed by clicking on the video image. For small area surveys, with distances of up to 20-30 meters, the accuracy of the smartphone is sufficient. For larger survey areas where no connection points are available, a GNSS antenna can be connected to the smartphone.
