Connecting Sensors and importing Sensor Data
The company Device produces adapters to read electronic meters remotely as well as on site. Lovion supports these mobile processes. Modules are available to manage tasks and resources for servicing and operating meters. A complete integration of the Device interface Q4 enables Lovion to access all functions for obtaining sensor data. This means that communication with electronic and future measuring systems is possible. Q4 produces manufacturer-specific components for integrating established measuring systems. The adapter interface for these different measuring systems is called Q4. As a process-orientated platform and solution for processing data concerning load capacity and performance, Lovion is able to access and use this data derived from these measuring systems via the Q4 interface.
The company 3S Antriebe GmbH develops and markets electronic propulsion systems specially designed for water, gas and district heating components. These propulsion systems support maintenance work based on current rules and regulations whilst automatically documenting their results. The product Lovion 3S CONNECT connects to devices produced by 3S Antriebe via tasks in Lovion TASK. 3S AIG is an intelligent thrust and turning device that measures the number and speed of rotations on rotational components within the water, gas and district heating grid. These results are documented in a task and can then be used to plan further measures in the asset management module Lovion RATING. Lovion RATING is used to analyse asset conditions and to plan suitable maintenance and servicing strategies.
Lovion GF CONNECT offers an interface for documenting construction projects in combination with a TRACK & TRACE solution. This solution stems from the company Georg Fischer. Assets installed during a construction project are documented and equipped with a QR code or barcode. Their unique identification number is documented as well as their exact location. This is done with surveying tools. Hence, this solution is mostly used in combination with the Lovion SURVEY APP.
